Pays d’OC
Indication Géographique Protégée
Tasting Notes
Cherry color.
On the nose, notes of black fruit, greedy and round. On the palate, supple, round, with notes of fruit, spices and chocolate. This red goes perfectly with beef carpaccio, Tex Mex cuisine and lamb tagine.
Serve slightly chilled, between 12°C and 16°C.
Wine making process
Our Malbec grapes come from a selection of plots in the clay-limestone soils of the Minervois region. The harvest, which is perfectly ripe and healthy, is protected by bio-protective yeasts, enabling us to limit the sulphite level in our wines.
to limit the sulfite content of our wines. Traditional vinification is carried out in vats at a temperature of 26°C, with a total maceration period of 20 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are aged in lined concrete tanks.
