Tasting Notes

Salmon pink color. Initial citrus aromas on the nose, followed by subtle hints of white peach. On the palate, a lively, salty attack gives a lasting impression of freshness, mirroring the aromas found on the finish. Pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, or as an aperitif.

Serve well chilled, between 42°F and 46°F.

Wine making process

The grapes are harvested at night and cooled until pressing in order to maintain a low temperature throughout the winemaking process. The juices are then protected from oxidation throughout the process and fermented in stainless steel vats refrigerated between 16 and 18°C, the temperature at which the yeasts produce the finest aromas. All the plots are vinified separately, which allows us to create precise blends at the end of the vinification process in accordance with our quality requirements.
